Servicing clients in: Cleveland and Canton
The families we help are just like mine; hard-working folks who want to protect their assets and not leave a mess for their loved ones.
Specialities:
Long-Term Care
When we started the firm, the tax landscape and long-term care landscape was much different. Much of our planning was focused on avoiding probate and minimizing the estate tax. With the estate tax currently being a non-issue for most families, our planning has shifted to helping create plans to protect retirement assets from excessive income tax and sheltering assets from rising nursing home costs.
Why did you choose this type of law?
I always enjoyed teaching people, whether it was tutoring in an educational setting or coaching in an athletic setting.
Education is paramount to law, and now my clients get to feel like they have a guide through the challenging estate planning processes, using a simple, step-by-step approach.
This focus on education provides peace of mind.
