Thomas was a Captain in the Marine Corps, where he received the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for Outstanding Service.
Thomas is a Cleveland native and former military lawyer. He served as a prosecutor and legal assistance attorney in the United States Marine Corps, with core competencies in family law, case management and criminal law. His passion for helping clients demystify estate planning led him to join AlerStallings in 2024.
Thomas’s interests include history, reading, movies, sports and visiting parks. Outside of the office, he enjoys family time with his wife Victoria and beagle Norman.
